Operations Management

• Provide property maintenance and repair, including regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and repair services, to help develop strategies to reduce costs.
• Oversee the use and maintenance of common area amenities, such as a pool, gym, or clubhouse. Ensure that these amenities are properly maintained, regularly cleaned, and managed to meet the needs of unit owners and their guests.
• Manage vendors and contractors, working with them to ensure that they provide high-quality services at competitive prices. This includes coordinating with vendors to perform maintenance and repairs and ensuring that they meet the community’s standards and needs.
